Foamy's Grandfather

Foamy's Grandfather (name not known) was introduced in the Academic Alert episode, Feb 10 2010. Foamy deals with his complaints on a daily basis. He saw Germaine naked in the bath tub and asked him to go shopping for her. He hits Foamy with his cane after Foamy refuses to get bread and soda.
