Anchovi - Germaine's stalker.
Anchovie is a creepy British pizza employee who is stalking Germaine. He appears in numerous episodes and, much to his disappointment, creeps Germaine out. He likes to take pictures of her, especially while she is in the shower. He sends her "exotic chocolates" that are actually filled with bodily materials, such as semen. He even created his own porno web site called www.germainenude.com
Germaine has tolerated him several times in the past, though not willingly. Such as in 'Paperback Bust' when her breasts had grown so large that she was pinned to her bed, and he was perfectly content to let them keep growing.
Anchovie has a permanent job as a pizza delivery guy but can be seen in many different situations and jobs in the Foamy episodes.
- He works as a ticket seller in the episode "Passion of the Zombies"
- In "Paperback Bust", Anchovie consults Germaine with her breasts enlargement problem, which is soon cured by Foamy, but takes 2 weeks for it to work.
- He works as a security guard in the episode "Lewd Lingerie" in which Germaine decides to screw around with him by asking him what he thinks of her bra and thong. He becomes so frustrated that his head explodes, leaving Begley amused and Germaine curious if it happens to everyone. (Note: he doesn't seem to recognize Germaine at all in said episode, so whether or not the guard is Anchovie is questionable).
Anchovie appears in several more episodes, even appearing as a fast food restaurant salesman.
In an series of episodes, Germaine thought he pulled another semen tactic on her and she had enough of it. She beat him to the brink of death and was arrested for it. After six long months of being in asylum she was released(it was revealed she was mentally insane and living an fantasy for the past six months) and Foamy informed her that anchovie wasn't stalking her and didnt even do any of the semen tricks she claimed he did. In fact, he was a kind but shy guy that liked her that she misunderstood for stalking. Later on she unsettledly apologized to him while she mentally clinged on to her beliefs of him while Anchovie clinged on to fear for her since she sent him to the hospital
Since then his character was downplayed and was not much seen after Germaine got better with her mental health, she even noticed the filling void of attention she was getting from him was not there and she got openly worried. She now has an disputed big crush on him and has even retorted to stalking him in ways that she accused him of doing in the past(in Possible Relations, she knows he has a big dong and is attracted by it which Foamy replies to her disgustedly and tells that she needs to stop being a freak). In the same episode, When Foamy told her that he has now an girlfriend, she openly responds with rage that he's gotten over his crush with her and gotten an woman that is better. She claims that she is her man despite her past rejections and her past opinions of him; now it's been one of her main goals to gain anchovie's interest in her back ever since. Germaine even questioned Foamy about what does the girl has that she doesn't which Foamy replies She has an big bust compared to hers.
