Begley is one of Foamy's squirrelly friends. He is a punky British squirrel with a purple mowhawk and a complete disregard to American customs. He can be rather tempermental at times, especially when Pillz-E, keeps rambling on about his medication. Begley has also once been in jail for 18 months for calling the queen of England a wanker. Begley's debut was in episode 36, called "Squirrel Banter." Begley knows sex more than his other squirrely friends, even Foamy. He is known as a pervert because he ruined Germaine's bathing suit and sprayed whipped cream on her. Also he wanted the address to see cheesey teen bitches, giving out car washes, and in the episode "Voodeedoo" he puts needles into inappropriate places of Germaine's voodoo doll remarking "It...slipped". Begley is also known as a "techhead", by Foamy, and is apparently a programmer of sorts as he helped Foamy reprogram a sex robot in "Conspire To Rewire".
